Cancellation/missed appointment Policy

A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. For all the appointments cancelled with less than 24hours' notice or no show, a missed appointment fee of $ 50 will be charged.

All the treatment is by appointment only.
We welcome you to send a friend or a family member in your place.

Missed appointment fees are not eligible for insurance compensation.

If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Beyond Pain Clinic adheres to privacy according to the Personal Health Information Protection (PHIPA) and Electronic Documents Act. This applies to any personal information such as address, gender, age, health etc that is given to us as is required by our regulatory bodies in order to treat you as a patient. We reserve the right, with your consent, to share this information with other health care providers, with appropriate written notice, or in the case of an emergency or in order to follow the law. Beyond Pain Clinic will protect all personal information collected and will, by law, only keep patient files for 10 years, at which point the information will be destroyed.
